Detailed Daywise Itinerary
Arrive Delhi Airport Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and dance. You will be received at the airport in a traditional manner with garlands. Transfer to hotel for check in. overnight stay in hotel.
Day for briefing with IMF Director and Liaison Officer for Mt. Nun Expedition. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in hotel.

Today early Morning, we will transfer you to the Delhi airport to board flight to Leh. Arrive Leh and check-in hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.
MEALS: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Morning after breakfast, We will take you to a hike for Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Rest of the day free for acclimatization and Shopping in Leh.
Evening you can walk down to the nearest market on your own or spend some time at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast drive to Stok village and start trek to Manikarmo (4600 mt). Witness once again to the barren mountain and wilderness, we trek up the Matho River Valley and set up camp after several hours. Overnight stay at Camp.

Morning after breakfast trek to reach Base Camp (5020 mt) . On arrival set the camp for overnight stay.

Morning short walk till Advance Base Camp for acclimatization. Spend some time near the glacier and return to Base Camp for overnight stay.

Very early in the morning proceed to summit Mt Stok Khangri (6150 mt).From Summit one can see the Saser group in the Great Karakoram Range, where K2 lies. Leaving the peak and back to Base Camp. Overnight stay at Base Camp.

From base camp trek back to Stok via Manikarmo. Reach Stok and drive to Leh .Arrive Leh and check in to hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast check out from hotel and 230 Kms drive to Kargil, Lunch En-route. Upon arrival in Kargil check in the hotel for overnight stay.

Morning after breakfast drive to drive to Golmatungus. On arrival, cross the Suru Valley and establish your camp.
MEALS: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Morning after breakfast from Golmatungus we walk up to moraine camp and continue to base camp. This involves 5-7 Hrs. walking and crossing rough glacial terrain. Camp for overnight stay.
MEALS: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Next 12 days for Establish Higher camp i.e C1, C2 and Summit camp & Attempt to Submit Mt. Kun (7077 M) and trek back to Base camp.
MEALS: All meals including high altitude food.
Trek down to Golmatungus from Base camp. Overnight stay at Golmatungus.
MEALS: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Today we will drive back to Kargil. Upon arrival check in the hotel for overnight stay.
MEALS: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Morning after relaxed breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Srinagar. Drive 240 km drive. Upon arrival check in the hotel/house boat. Enjoy your evening near Dal lake. Overnight stay in hotel/house boat.
MEALS: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Morning check out from hotel/house boat and transfer to Srinagar Airport to catch the flight to Delhi. Arrival in Delhi transfer to IMF Delhi for (De-briefing) IMF Director. Overnight stay in IMF.

Morning transfer to IGI airport Delhi to fly back to home.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
